When we are watching NetFlix, the video cuts out with some static noise. When I am on the home menu it does not do this, only when watching videos. The WiFi strength is very good, so I’m not sure what the problem is. I switched out the HDMI cable, move the Roku right next to the WiFi unit, and still get the same results. It is super annoying to watch videos and have it cut out every 3 to 10 minutes….

Can you give me some ideas on how to fix this? Thank you–Jeff
