1. Unplug Roku power from the wall
2. Unplug router power from the wall
3. Unplug modem power from the wall
4. Wait for 2 minutes before plugging back in reverse
5. Plug modem first and wait for a steady green light
6. Plug router next and wait for a steady green light
7. Plug Roku back last
